You can help select the four winners of Food & Bio Cluster Denmark's idea competition 2023 when Food & Bio Cluster Denmark holds its annual "Food & Bio Summit" on 26 April in Middelfart, Denmark. Join us on the day and vote for your favourite.

On Wednesday 26 April, we will announce the four winners of Food & Bio Cluster Denmark's Idea Competition 2023 - one for each of our four strategic pillars:

• Delivering sustainable food that is tasty, healthy and safe for a growing world population
• Providing solutions for the sustainable production and efficient utilisation of bioresources at the highest possible value
• To ensure a sustainable green transition of the cluster towards climate neutrality
• To fully exploit the opportunities offered by technological developments in areas such as biotech, digitalisation and automation

But we will only find them with your help!...

…since the final four winners will be chosen by the participants of the Food & Bio Summit.

The Idea Competition 2023 in short

With the Idea Competition 2023, we have invited people with good business ideas in the field of food and bioresources to test their idea. The aim is to find the new food and bioresources solutions of the future - by testing topicality, level of knowledge, realisability and commercial potential.

A jury will initially select the 8 best ideas from all proposals received. The applicants behind these 8 proposals will be invited to pitch their idea to all participants at the Food & Bio Summit on 26 April.

The final four winners will then be chosen by the audience at the Food & Bio Summit - including YOU.

The Food & Bio Summit offers plenty of inspiration, networking and debate

By attending the Food & Bio Summit, you can look forward to a programme that provides insight, vision and plenty of opportunities for discussions and networking across the entire value chain.

Keynote speaker this year is Lars Frølund, researcher, PhD and expert in Deep Tech Investment.

Based on his extensive international expertise on innovation and new innovation methods, including as an advisor to NATO, member of the European Innovation Council and experience from his board position at Innovation Fund Denmark, he will delve into the new directions for innovation and the perspectives behind mission-driven innovation.
