The purposes and legal basis for the processing of your personal data
We process your personal information for the following purposes:
• Registration of your contact information
The legal basis for our processing of your personal data follows from:
• Regulation on data protection 2016/679 (data protection regulation), art. 6 pieces. 1, letter e (Processing that is necessary for the purpose of performing a task in the interest of society or which falls under the exercise of public authority, which has been imposed on the data controller).
• As we receive public support in connection with our projects, we are obliged to be able to document and forward this information to our donors and the other partners in the project in question.
What do you consent to?
By registering for an event, you consent to let Food & Bio Cluster Denmark store you information Food & Bio Cluster Denmark’s customer register. The information is used exclusively in connection with the activities that Food & Bio Cluster Denmark performs for you as a participant. If the activity is carried out together with other organisations, participant information will be shared to live up to any project terms.
In addition, you accept that Food & Bio Cluster Denmark may contact you regarding other relevant, professional events and opportunities.
In connection with the holding of the event in question, you give your consent that you may appear on some images that Food & Bio Cluster Denmark will use in connection with the marketing of Food & Bio Cluster Denmark, both on our website, newsletters and on social media.
Categories of personal information
We process the following categories of personal information about you:
• General personal information, including your name and email address
Where your personal information comes from
We have received personal information from you. If we do not receive your personal information, you will not be able to attend the event.
Recipients or categories of recipients
We store your data in Podio. CITRIX, which owns Podio, has drawn up an end user service agreement, which relates to the GDPR. In addition, we have a data processor agreement with Citrix.
As we receive public support in connection with our events, we are obliged to be able to document and forward this information to our donors and the other partners in the project in question. We will not pass on your information to others unless you have been informed of this when registering.
Retention of your personal information
We keep your information for as long as we are obliged to do so in connection with the execution of our grants, so that we can document our information. Then they will be anonymised or deleted.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you.

You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a number of additional information.
Right to rectification (correction)
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our general deletion occurs.

In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your data restricted. In case you have the right to have the processing limited, we may in the future only process the information - apart from storage - with your consent, or for the purpose of legal claims being established, asserted, or defended, or to protect a person or important public interests.
Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
