Our newsletter contains news about open pools, projects, events, and other activities in Food & Bio Cluster Denmark.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter again at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link that accompanies each newsletter.
When you sign up for the newsletter, you give your email address and name.
We use this information to be able to send the newsletter to you and personalise the content.
Information about your use of our newsletters – including whether they are opened, for what length of time they are open, when the email/newsletter is deleted, and whether links are clicked – is collected by our IT system in anonymised form. We use this information to improve our service so that we can target and adapt the content to the interests of the recipients to an even greater extent.
The legal basis for our collection/storage/processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) (b) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
We want to create interest in our activities via our newsletter.
Your personal data is stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
We use MailChimp as the platform from which we send out newsletters. MailChimp must therefore be considered a data processor. Read more about our criteria for transfer in the item below.
Because we use MailChimp, which is located in the United States, as a platform for sending out newsletters, your data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA.
We can affirm that MailChimp is a member of the Privacy Shield scheme, which therefore forms the basis for our transfer of your personal data to MailChimp.
You have the right of access to the data we process about you, etc.
You have the right to have any incorrect data we may have about you erased, cf. Article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
You have the right to have your data held by us and our data processor erased (if we have exchanged the data with a data processor), cf. Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation. You can exercise this right by unsubscribing from the newsletter and contacting us with your request to have all your information deleted, we will also ensure that our data processor is notified (if we have exchanged the information with one) that the data must be deleted.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your consent given previously, and up to the time of the withdrawal. If you therefore withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time onwards.
You have the right to request us to restrict our processing of your data, cf. Article 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
